Bio

In 1999, he flew over to the United States to work as a DJ and co-starred with top Jazz musicians at CBGB, a live house in NYC, playing MPC. There, he established a Hip Hop production team, Ying Yang, along with MCs Ish-One and Sagga. As a team, they rocked the house with the legendary DJ Red Alert and Harlem Katz who played active roles on Hot 97. Staying active as a DJ, his curiosity and motivation to enhance his skills in audio engineering led him to enter the Institute of Audio Research (IAR), a school for engineering and recording. After graduating from IAR,   he enrolled for a couple of years at Bushwick Studio in Brooklyn, where he polished his engineering skills through a series of sessions with numerous artists from a variety of fields including Rock, R&B, Hip Hop etc.. After returning home in 2005, yasu2000 is focused and  working on an engineering operation based in Tokyo. He has turned his hand to recording, mixing, and mastering engineer for numerous artists such as 45 a.k.a SWING-O, (feat Ryan Shaw), Ovall, mabanua,Miho Fukuhara, Maia・Hirasawa, Shibusashirazu, COMA-CHI, Kojoe, A.Y.B. FORCE, Bull Jun, Lark Chillout(Large Professor, Lord Finesse, Biz Markie feat. Elephant Man Remix) etc., and launched the works of numerous world-class Japanese artists into the world.
