Sounday collects and process personal information when you register, use products or services, when you visit website pages or the pages of Sounday partners. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some services we might also ask for your address and information about your assets. When you register with Sounday and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Sounday collects information about your transactions with us. We automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.   • c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

User shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,

  • a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  • b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

Sounday does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. We can share personal information about you respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of terms of use or as otherwise required by law.
